Day of the dead.

I was looking on weheartit.com this morning ... it’s what i do to pass the time when bored, and i came across some day of the dead piccys. I’ve always been interested in the day of the dead and so i went onto Wikipedia to find out some more. So basically it’s a Mexican holiday where they celebrate, pray and remember the death of their family and friends. Now when i say celebrate i don’t mean it as in 'yay' i mean they celebrate the good life the desist lived haha.
So anyways i was really interested in this Mexican tradition, and just as the other day i was thinking i would never want a tattoo i saw these piccys of the traditional Mexican day of the dead skull.

Yer ... cool right?! well it’s my taste anyway :) I mean I’m a bit of a wimp so probs will never get one! hehe

Don't stop believing

The terrible weather today in France could only mean one thing : Snuggling up on the sofa with lots of TV ! So while deciding what to watch I realised that my Mum had never watched Glee, so we had a little marathon which is going to continue untill I go back to school I think, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Am i walking the dog ... or is the dog walking me?!

So i went on a very long walk today and took Monty and my other Chihuahua Squeek. They loved it and I had great fun taking photos. I got half of my exam results yesterday and it went very well ... now i just have to try and repeat it for my final year of school.

"Hunni, I'm home!"

So I’m back from Spain! I had a fab time and have a kick ass tan .. which is slowly  fading each day, my body has lack of sunshine, over exposure to rain and the coldness of summer time in England. So anyways, I can’t wait to get back to Blogging, I only have two weeks  left till I have to go back to school and face year 11 and GCSE'S head on :| FUN?!?

In other news I saw a horrible programme about the London riots earlier on today, and it just broke my heart. How can people be so cruel and selfish? It's just madness.

I am so lazy at the moment its unreal, almost too lazy to blog! The last few days have been filled with Twitter, sunny days, seeing friends, eating watermelon and putting things on eBay. Here's a few pictures I took with a friend yesterday. How is your week going?

I'm not the kind of fool who's gonna sit and sing to you

www.kayture.com inspired me to do a post now and again about a few things that I just like or want at the moment, things that interest me. First of all, at the moment I am loving the aztec nail print ! I found a video tutorial on youtube to do it, so I'm really looking forward to trying it, once I have bought all the right colours. Does anyone have a favourite nail varnish brand which isn't too expensive? I would appreciate it.

Another thing that I've really got into at the moment is cooking. I've been searching for all sorts of easy recipes and things to make, and today I've decided to make a cheesecake (okay I'm cheating, it's from a packet) and an oreo milkshake.

As I mentionned in a post beforehand, my ultimate favourite thing at the moment to watch has to be the Glee Project, I find it so entertaining! And I think I am actually falling in love with Damian.

I used to think that Twitter was really boring, but once you find a couple of people you know and start talking and following some funny people, it's great! I must have tweeted about 60 times in the last two days hehe.

And the last thing I'm going to ramble on about is the film Submarine. It's inspired by the book written by Joe Dunthorne, and you can see the trailer here. I really enjoyed this film, I found it really funny and very good, and I also loved the fact that all the music in the film is written by Alex Turner!
